What does chicken caeser salad taste like?!

Question: What does chicken caeser salad taste like?
I'm making it in cookery class today and was wondering if it tastes good (my teacher said to bring creme fraiche which I'm guessing is to drizzle on but I don't like creme so will it still be OK if I miss the creme out?)

Answers:

No. The dressing is cream-like but doesn't taste like cream. It is actually really good, give it a try!

I doubt that the creme fraiche is for the salad. I once managed a country club where we made Caesar Salad table side. It's delicious, and it's hard to identify any of the individual ingredients that make up this complex sauce.

Using the same ingredients we did at the club, here's my recipe for larger quantities:

CAESAR SALAD
1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1-2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Louisiana hot sauce
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. pepper
? can of anchovy fillets.

Put ingredients except for olive oil in blender. Whiz until liquefied. Pour olive oil into blender in a small stream, allowing ingredients to emulsify. Serve over torn Romaine lettuce leaves and croutons, topped with grated parmesan cheese

Generally, to make this into a Chicken Caesar, you would put sliced pieces of grilled chicken breast on the salad.

no the cream is essential to the taste of the salad, taste is indescribable its too good

It tastes like sex in your mouth ;) it is so good
