Are cream puffs hard to make?!
Are they difficult for a person with little experience with baking though?

They are quite easy to make if you could follow directions. Mine came out perfect the first time I tried it.
The pastry used to make cream puffs is also called Choux Paste.
It is easy to make as long as you follow the directions. As in any recipe it is important to read the recipe all the way through before you start and measure accurately all of the ingredients.
Once you have baked them it is a good idea to pin prick the bottoms to allow the steam to escape and prevent them going soggy.
