I made a yummy beef and broccoli in oyster and spring onion sauce for two people and in under 20mins, i did the following
I used one Sirloin Steak trimmed all the fat and cut into fine strips (7propoints per 225g)
Seasoned with salt pepper splash of soya sauce and same worchester sauce and fresh coriander(0 pp)
Cooked the steak pieces in a medium hot wok, once cooked to your liking removed from heat and left aside i then put a little water broccoli mangetout and a red onion (0 pp)in the same wok and cooked for 5-8mins with a large lid on top to half steam the veg,i readded the steak and then added one sachet of the blue dragon oyster and spring onion sauce (2propoints per pack)

one pack of straight to wok noodles points of mine worked out at 7 per pack for 2 people since you cant use half's with propoints its 4 points per person and add at last min...

My portions worked out at 11 propoints per person and was a massive plate full...

Well done with your weight loss! Im only in week 2 but really enjoying it...
