i got a panini maker for my birthday and i know theres got to be some good sandwiches i could make for breakfast. help?

In between 2 slices of bread: Cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, American cheese
In between 2 slices of bread: Cured salmon, cream cheese, red onion
In between 2 slices of bread: Black forest ham, swiss cheese, Dijonaise
In between 2 slices of bread: Waffle (yes), cooked bacon, maple syrup
In between 2 slices of bread: Sliced apple, brie cheese
In between 2 slices of bread: Sliced pear, gruyere cheese
Butter the bread for the outsides. In the middle add cheese slice, bacon, ham,onion, green pepper, egg omlete. You could do PB and J. Jelly and cream cheese.
