-Grilled chicken and bacon with salad and mayo.
-Grilled chicken and roasted veg , you could also add some hummus to this.
-Bacon Lettuce and Tomato.
-Fried/Roasted aubergines and hummus.
-Peanut Butter and strawberry jam.
-Roast peppers and salad/cream cheese.
-Smoke salmon or trout , cucumber and cream cheese
-Salami and cream cheese
Maybe try a different bread like a bagel or a flat bread for a change?

Even if you neglect to add all the ingredients I think the mint really gives it the taste I crave for.
chciken, tuna, egg, coldcut, turkey, melted/grilled cheese, avocado, tomato and corn,teryaki chicken, its really the condiments that make the sandwhich good though. like lemon, oil, mayo, mrgarine/butter, balsamic vinegear, garlic dip, dressings, ketchup, mustard, honey mustard, relish (ick i my opinion), pickels, oilives, some beans, mixed salad, calslaw...
