Tomatoes, green leaf lettuce, light on the mayo and a whole grain bread.

1. Simply grill or fry you chicken/turkey , however if frying use a low fat oil like olive oil.

2.Put the chicken/turkey into a bread roll or onto some bread depending on your preference - if your are trying to be healthy uses brown or some kind of multi-grain or wholemeal bread.

3.Add some mixed salad leaves , cucumber , peppers , onion , sweetcorn , grated carrot or anything else you fancy and some of your favorite salad dressing or mayo!

How about some pan fried vegetables like eggplants , courgettes or pepper and some hummus for a Mediterranean twist?

And there you go a healthy tasty sandwich!!

Hope this helps!!

Myself :D

Lettuce, tomato, cukes, onions, pickles (really any veggie), mustard, I prefer oil and vinegar opposed to mayo and its healthier.
