peeled, cut up into bite size chunks and boiled!

For mashed potatoes- cut into smaller cubes and boil. Get water boiling faster by putting the lid on the pot. For baked potatoes- pierce with fork in 2-3 places. Microwave on High for 5-7 minutes depending on size of potato. A large white baking potato will take 7 minutes. You can always do a combination of microwave (microwave for half or 2/3 of the time) and then grill or oven.

If you pressure cooked potatoes for 30 minutes and they're still hard then you have potato problems. It should take about 10 minutes at pressure to pressure cook potatoes.

Slice potatoes as thinly as possible

Put in a large saucepan of salt water

Bring to the boil and simmer until fork tender, 10 to 12 minutes

Small dices, stir-fried, simmer. thin wedges would do best. go together with some hotdogs and ketchup and soy (or oyster sauce) and go with rice. Could stir-fry it with some onions, leeks etc.

Cut the potato into really small pieces, then cook until it's, er, cooked.

I hope you're having cat 'n' potatoes. <3

Punch some holes in the potatoes with a fork, wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave.

you can boil them in water or wrap in plastic wrap and microwave them...

don't cook them. Just eat them raw.

Try using the Micro wave.
