Where can I purchase baking soda?!

Question: Where can I purchase baking soda?

This may be a dumb question but I haven't be able to find baking soda at my local supermarket. I went to Fresh Grocer recently and the only baking soda they have is the one that is for LAUNDRY only. But i need the one that I can eat/bake with.

Please tell me a few stores as to where i can get them at. THANKS!!!!

In the USA and Britain, you should find this substance ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!

In Los Angeles, I have see it go for as cheap as .50/box...99 cent stores. Close to 100% of supermarkets...and most pharmacies should carry this substance...sodium bicarbonate. Incidentally, Potassium Bicarb is better for you, but not as readily available.

BE VERY EXPLICIT: "Do you have baking soda AKA, Sodium Bicarbonate??"

you can't find it at your supermarket? maybe you should ask someone who works there... and if you refer to a supermarket as something different than a grocery store, try the grocery store.

Yea..it is very strange that you cannot find baking soda..? if none of these options work try a dentist, or a pool store they use baking soda to kill bacteria also. Do you have a super walmart? or your neighbor?
