My aunt makes this dish, it's not spaghetti but it's pretty similar:
She cooks and then cuts each sausage in half. She sautees sliced onions, green and red peppers in some oil until tender. She heats up the jarred spaghetti sauce(not the whole jar, maybe 2/3) and then adds the sausage, onions and peppers to the sauce. She then serves it over angel hair pasta. It's easy, and it's good!
There are a ton of things to do. Make a Quiche. Bake a frozen pie crust for 10 min. @ 350'.In a bowl mix 6 eggs, 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, 2 Tbsps. whipping cream(heavy cream). Brown off about 2 c. raw sausage and drain on paper towels. Place meat in bottom of crust, sprinkle with 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, pour egg mixture over all. Only fill to the rim, discard any left over.(or make a second one).Bake @ 350' for about 25 min. or until a butter knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. You could brown off the meat and add Manwich sauce for hot bbq sandwiches. Brown some off and add to your favorite frozen pizza and top with more cheese. Brown some off and add to your Mac and Cheese box mix or Scallopped Potatoe box mix. There are many more to make that are quick and easy. Let your imagination go. I usually serve a muffinl and fresh fruit with the quiche too.

How about baked ziti or penne? Just boil up a box, fry up the sausage, add a jar of sauce, toss it all together, put in a baking pan and top with mozzarella and black olives and bake for a half hour.
If you have some peppers, buns and sauce you can make sandwiches. You could slice them into coins and serve them over rice with peas and/or mushrooms. What else do you have?
Well you take the sausage and some Shallots and some Carrots put in a pan and cook them with some Bread and put them on your mouth and eat really good!
