Jamie Oliver has a pasta-tuna dish that looks pretty awesome:

Not sure about what your 'sundries' are, but tuna casserole comes to mind. If you have cream of anything soup, milk, tuna and noodles of whatever type, there you go. If you have a can of green peas in your pantry, that's good in it too, so are mushrooms. Make a white sauce from butter, all purpose flour and milk if you don't have the cream of anything soup. Top w/crushed potato chips the last 15 mins of baking. You should precook the noodles, mix everything in a big oven proof dish and bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 mins. You can also top with your favorite cheese if you like, but leave off the chips.

Break the noodles to make them shorter, if you prefer.
Boil in salted water until just tender, about 5-10 minutes.
Place drained noodles in a greased casserole dish.
Layer with chopped onion, celery, mushrooms, peppers, etc.
Mix in drained canned tuna & cream of mushroom & milk
Sprinkle with cheese, bake in 400F oven until bubbly & golden.

Tuna puttanesca

Ingredients
Kosher salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 or more cloves garlic, lightly smashed and peeled
Can of tuna, drained
1 28-ounce can whole plum tomatoes
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/2 cup pitted black olives, preferably oil-cured
2 tablespoons capers
Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
1 pound linguine or other long pasta
Chopped fresh parsley, oregano, marjoram or basil leaves for garnish, optional

Method
Bring pot of water to boil and salt it. Warm 2 tablespoons oil with garlic and tuna in skillet over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until garlic is lightly golden.

Drain tomatoes and crush with fork or hands. Add to skillet, with some salt and pepper. Raise heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes break down and mixture becomes saucy, about 10 minutes. Stir in olives, capers and red pepper flakes, and continue to simmer.

Cook pasta, stirring occasionally, until it is tender but not mushy. Drain quickly and toss with sauce and remaining tablespoon of oil. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary, garnish with herbs if you like, and serve.

Make a white sauce (see below) or use a can of cream of anything soup. Toss in drained tuna and fold gently. Pour that over cooked hot pasta and stir. If you have cracker or potato chip crumbs, top it w/ those and bake 30 min or so to get crispy on top. If you have any red pimientos, or frozen green peas, add them for color and flavor. Also chopped onions and/or celery cookedin a litlte oil or buttter, and some garlic (or onion/garlic powders) for flavor. A little shredded cheese or a dollop of mayo wouldn't go amiss, either, for flavor. Don't forget S&P.

If you got cream of mushroom soup, you got tuna noodle casserole. Can add green peas if you got them.
