when i make velveeta and rotel dip do i use all of the cheese?!
its a big block and i was wondering if i use all of the cheese by the way i only used 1 can of rotel thank you

The "recipe" (ratio) for that dip is on both the Velveeta and Rotel labels. See how much chz they tell you to use for 1 can of Rotel. Then check your block of chz and see if you need to use all or half of it. I have no way of telling you unless I know how big your block of chz is.
Use half the block
Cube it, put it in a plastic (microwaveable) bowl. Add the Rotel
Place in the microwave and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth
It calls for 16oz of processed cheese.
