Does anyone know a caramel frosting recipe that yields a deep carmel color?!

To get it darker, you could maybe swap the light brown sugar for dark brown, or alternatively use the two different sugars and cook it for a little longer.
Be careful it doesnt burn though, burnt caramel is not nice
caramel frosting's generally call for light brown sugar, but like you I prefer a deep rich brown, so I always use dark brown sugar. It really does change the color and deepens the flavor.
Can't give you my recipe my computer is acting up and can not open my recipe folder...but just go on line you'll fine one, just sub the dark for the light or white.
