Question: How do you add pictures for a recipe on the recipes section for livestrong.com? Need to know.?

I was trying to add a picture of the smoothie I made for a recipe, and without any luck I haven't been able to add it. There must be a problem with the picture upload for recipes on livestrong.com. Can somebody please tell me how to add a picture on there. PLEASE!!!!!
