What is a good fancy dinner for my brother in law's birthday?!

Question: What is a good fancy dinner for my brother in law's birthday?
He has a lot of things already, so I'm going to make him a dinner. I was planning on making it an Italian theme. I wanted to make him like fettuccine alfredo or something like that, or maybe a steak. I want it to be Olive Garden Quality or something similar. Anyone have recipes? please and thank you :D <3

Osso Bucco w/ home made Gnocchi.............

Here's a great Italian menu. If you make this for your brother-in-law, he will be very impressed with your cooking. Do online searches for the following recipes...

-Pork Braised in Milk: While it sounds like a very strange recipe, this is a very Italian entree. The pork tenderloin cooks slowly in the milk, herbs & spices. Eventually the milk becomes thick like a gravy to be served with the meat. This one is really good. You probably won't find this at the Olive Garden.

-Sauteed Greens (like Rappini, Spinach, Kale or Brocoli Rabe) with olive oil, garlic, sea salt, freshly cracked pepper and some red chili pepper flakes

-Polenta: This is a wonderful side dish of warm and creamy cornmeal. It can also be baked, cut into squares and topped with various items like sundried tomatoes, marinara sauce, braised mushrooms.

-Tiramisu-A rich chocolately/coffee infused dessert.

I'm a personal chef.

If you want the meal to be Olive Garden quality then it would be great to get your hands on some Olive Garden recipes to cook up.

There's a bunch of them available here:

I got the America's Secret Recipes collection which has 25 Olive Garden recipes in it.

Hope your brother's birthday is a blast!
