I love making trail mix.. basically with whatever I can find in the pantry. haha

All you need to do is raid your pantry and find anything that would be good to combine for a trail mix. Look for things like: cereal, marshmallows, chocolate chips, peanuts, dried fruit (raisins are really good in it), peanut butter chips, pretzels, candy, cheez its, goldfish, etc.

I love this snack and it's fun to mix it up differently every time! :-)

Hard boiled egg and tomato and cucumber, chop them up together and add a little bit of light ranch or make a deviled egg with light Ranch, a little mustard a little sweet relish
small thing of tuna (mix with light mayo and sweet relish) with crackers
Nuts
Fruit
Healthy granola bar
1/2 PB&J sandwich
cheese and crackers
1/2 grilled cheese and egg sandwich
small bowl of healthy cereal such as Total or Special K
yogurt
cinnamon toast or peanut butter on toast

Cinnamon toast--toast some bread, butter it, add sugar mixed with cinammon
Scrambled eggs and toast
Pasta with melted cheese
Ramen soup or cup of noodles soup mixed with veggies and/or meat (tuna, ham, shrimp, etc.)
Cheese and crackers
Crackers and peanut butter
Fruit and cottage cheese
Celery and carrot sticks with peanut butter

My usual go-to's are either a grilled cheese or a quesadilla. As long as you have cheese, bread or tortillas you can make them.

Grilled cheese; pb and crackers; scrambled eggs; fried egg sandwich on toast; jelly toast.
