almond meal in substitution for flour?!
My friend had substituted a bit of almond mean in place of some flour for a cookie recipe and it was delicious - very rich and nutty!
How much almond meal do you substitute for flour - say a cup?

I wouldnt substitute it.. almond meal is just finely ground up almonds.. id just add a bit in for flavor, but you still need the proper ingredients for the rest of the cookies....
