If it's what you have then go for it, ketchup and hot water used to be a popular soup in the 1930's, I imagine it would taste like that.

spray some oil on a cookie sheet and put the parmesan cheese in little piles on it (like you would place cookies, bake them at 450 until they flatten and just turn golden brown, you can have parmesan crisps with it.
