Unsweetened chocolate in Australia?!


Question: Unsweetened chocolate in Australia?
Anyone know where I can get this is Western Australia? Making brownies. Can I use high cocoa dark choc instead and would I need to decrease the sugar a tad?

I'm not sure - but perhaps you could use carob?
