If you wanna try this it would be great. Chicken soup is a soup made by bringing to a boil and then simmering chicken parts and/or bones in water, with various vegetables and flavorings. The classic chicken soup consists of a clear broth, often served with small pieces of chicken or vegetables, or with noodles or dumplings, or grains such as rice and barley.

You'll want to add onions and garlic to that... or possibly shallots, then you'll be fine. It'll just taste like the chicken broth you already added, with a few carrots and celery. Good for a light, simple soup if you're on a diet. If you have fresh Parsley or Cilantro, then finish the soup with either of those two, right before you're sitting down to eat. Got a lime? Use the juice from the lime to add some flavor.... or instead, a tbsp of low sodium soy sauce and a dash of rice vinegar and about a tsp of sriracha hot sauce.

I agree with adding chicken and noodles but what you said I make all the time when I am sick and you just need to add enough salt and seasoning and it tastes great

Not Todbad if the ingredients were in the right proportion. Adding rice or noodles and some chicken meat would be good.

Sure it would be fine. Just add some salt and pepper and some chicken meat, maybe some noodles....oh, I'm getting hungry.

sounds ok. i would add an onion or some garlic.
