Beef ribs in a slow cooker?!

Question: Beef ribs in a slow cooker?
I plan on making ribs for dinner and I wsant them to be really tender. I just have a few questions. Do I add any water to the slow cooker? How long should the ribs stay in? Do I add my sauce right away or wait a few hours? Or wait til they're completely done? Also, what would you serve with them? I was thinking baked beans, corn and salad, but if you have better suggestions, do tell. Thanks. :)

Answers:

You definitely need liquid. I'd go with mostly water and a beer or two. Leave them in all day on high. I'd wait on the sauce until you're ready to serve them. I like your sides, but I'd toss in a creamy pasta/potato salad instead of a green one. Don't forget the cornbread! :)
