Does anybody have a smooth, non-grainy crumbly fudge recipe?!

Question: Does anybody have a smooth, non-grainy crumbly fudge recipe?
I've been trying to make fudge recently but every recipe I try, the fudge comes out really grainy and sugary.
Does anyone have a recipe for smooth fudge? The plain vanilla sort, and if possible a crumbly type :)

Many thanks!

Done it meself :-)

the grittiness of your candy is due to a couple of things: humidity in the air & stirring the pot after the sugar is dissolved. Living as I do in a very muggy climate, I can't help here. But that's why you get that result, in case you wondered.

I make the kind on the back of the marshmallow creme jar...it comes out creamy..just make sure you use a good brand of chocolate chips and you stir them really good (making them creamy) before pouring them into your final pan
