Did the recipe below (from Delicious magazine) a couple of weeks back myself after having a prawn/chorizo taste craving.
Tweaked it by using cooked king prawns (just reduced the cooking time at the end a tad), used a whole ring chorizo (picante), upped the tabasco and reduced the stock to 600ml (with 2 chicken knorr).
It was fantastic and am now drolling again at the thought of it.

Ingredients

* 4 tbsp olive oil
* 4-6 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
* 1 fresh red chilli, finely chopped ( remember, the smaller the chilli, the hotter it tends to be. I use jalapeno chillis for the most part, quite large and thick walled they actually have a flavour as well as a reasonable amount of heat. If you want to make things really spicy then leave all or some of the seeds in with the chilli but tread warily )
* pack of large raw prawns
* Chopped flat leaf parsley, and lemon wedges to serve

1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and add the garlic and chilli. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until softened but not browned.

2. Add the prawns and cook for just 1 - 2 minutes, turning halfway, until thoroughly cooked and pink throughout. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh flat leaf parsley. Serve on freshly cooked rice and drizzle over the pan juices, serve with a wedge of lemon on the side.

If using cooked prawns then simply add them to the pan after the first three minutes and toss around until heated through but not until they begin to shrink.

1 onion
1 glove of garlic
1 small red Chilli
splash of Worcester sauce
Tin of chopped tomatoes
splash of white wine.

sweat the onion, garlic and chilli in a pan with a drop of olive oil or oil spray until softened.
add in your tin of tomatoes and Worcester sauce cook for approx 5Min's.
depending if you like a chunky sauce or a smoother consistency i would blitz this in th blender.
cook king prawns and add to sauce, serve with rice.

This sauce is also a great healthier base for pasta with many options.
Add some char grilled chicken and asparagus, or cooked smoked bacon and a little extra chilli or simply as it is.

Enjoy Your supper.

Mince a small shallot
Mince 3 garlic cloves

Put the shallot and garlic in saute pan and drizzle in 3 tablespoons oil. Bring the oil to temperature, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Season with kosher salt and red pepper flakes and heat until sizzling.

Add the prawns and toss to gloss. Cook the prawns until no longer translucent, but not to the point that they curl up on themselves.

Pour the mix over rice

3 Tablespoons sugar
3 Tablespoons malt vinegar
1 Tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
1 Tablespoon Plain Flour
1 TEASPOON - chili powder

Mix all together in a small bowl (MIX WELL) - cook your prawns and then add the mix to the prawns - stirring until all are covered - serve over the rice. You can also add vegetables

You get a hot, sweet and sour sauce - add more chili if you want it hotter

Chilli, lemon juice, salt and orange zest fry the king prawns in this, drain and put over rice. YUM :)
