you can fry french fries, onion rings, chicken, fish... basically its a big deep fryer
you can also use it to boil and steam foods.
i could see doing a lobster/clam boil in it.
use it for a planter for the other 364 days od the year.....HA HA HA
make a giant soup or stew if the thermostat goes low enough
