how to make a "varki"?!
this sounds stupid i used to have it when i ws like 5 or 6 now i no more live in ooty but i want it so much its a ooty bakery product if anyone knows how to make in on a microwave

Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cups
Semolina - 1 1/2 cups
Salt - as needed
Ghee - as needed
1. Soak semolina in water.
2. Mix wheat flour, semolina, salt in a bowl to form a dough.
3. Heat a flat frying pan.
4. Take small portions of the dough, roll into cirles.
5. Place the parantha on the pan.
6. When it starts rising, dribble with ghee, cook on both sides and remove from the pan.
