What is a traditional Danish dessert that I can make for my boss on his birthday?!

Question: What is a traditional Danish dessert that I can make for my boss on his birthday?
My boss is from Denmark and I would like to make something special for his birthday this year. I have been researching Danish desserts and only found two so far. An orange cake and a lagkage. Are either of these good options? Are there any other option I could make?

It seem to make them more chrisp. wrap liberate amount of ice cream and whipped
cream in the pancakes. It is sinful, but OOOOOOHHHH so good.
