how to make the easiest baked macaroni and cheese?!

Question: How to make the easiest baked macaroni and cheese?
i have a package of elbow pasta, milk, butter, condensed milk, and shredded cheese! how do i make baked macaroni and cheese with all this?

Answers:

Cook the noodles according to the package.

Heat milk and butter in a pan until just before boiling! Once you see the little bubbles on the sides of the pan, turn the heat off. Stir in the cheese until melted. (4 tbsp butter 1 cup milk and 4 cups of cheese is my ratio) season with a bit of pepper if you'd like, cheese already had plenty of salt and you most likely added it to the noodles as well.

Pour cooked noodles into sauce and mix until well covered. Throw in a baking pan, top with extra shredded cheese if any is left, and some bread crumbs if you have any, bake for 30mins uncovered at 350 OR broil under high heat until top is bubbling and golden brown. (That is faster if you aren't making anything else)

Chef that loves Mac and Cheese. Also this is the best recipe based on ONLY the ingredients use listed! Except bread crumbs, but not everyone likes that on their mac and cheese, I do, so I had to throw at least that in there!

Boil your pasta according to directions on the box. Drain and set aside.

Ingredients:

1 box of Macaroni
3 Tbsp of Butter
3 Tbsp Flour
1/4 tsp Dried Mustard (optional)
2 C Milk
2 C Cheese (whatever type you like or combo of several)
Bread crumbs (if desired)

Instuctions:

Take 3 Tbsp. of Butter and melt it in saucepan. When melted stir in 3 Tbsp of flour (you can add 1/4 tsp of dry mustard if you like) and stir until smooth. Add two cups of milk to this mixture (stirring as you slowly combine). Put heat on medium low and stir until it begins to thicken. Grate 2 Cups of cheese (any type or several types that you like (I use cheddar, colby jack, swiss, american, mozzarella and parmesan but you can add whatever combo you prefer). Stir until thick and bubbly. Put your macaroni combined with the cheese in a greased casserole dish and top with extra cheese or buttered bread crumbs (or both); your preference. Bake until browned to your liking at 325 degrees; I usually bake for 25-30 minutes.

Enjoy!

you can leave off the bread crumbs and parmesan if you want...also a bit of mustard is nice to add, like a tablespoon
Basic Mac 'n Cheese
Serves 4-6
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups milk*
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs**
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

*Tip: For a rich and creamy sauce, use whole or 2% milk. Substitute skim milk to make a thinner, reduced-fat version.

**Tip: Save money by making your own bread crumbs. If you have stale bread, start with that, or toast slices until they’re crispy. Then in a food processor, grind bread to desired texture.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Add milk and whisk gently until smooth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
2. In a 9x13” baking dish, toss pasta with sauce. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan, then sprinkle with bread crumbs and parsley. Bake until crust is golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.

Boil water in a pan, add the pasta, STIR it ( it's sticky), and cook for 8 minutes, cover the pan too.
Drain it, add a knob of butter and swirl it around in the pasta.
Add shredded cheese and milk ( a cup of cheese for two cups of pasta, and half cup of milk).
Mix it all up.
Pour this into an ovenproof dish, or a foil baking tray etc ( can use a pyrex bowl or whatever).
Put into a HOT HOT HOT oven. It's nice if you also add some dots of butter to the top of the macaroni and cheese too, and salt and pepper, plus if you have any breadcrumbs- sprinkle them on top too.
Bake 20 minutes, or until you are happy with the crispiness.

Cook and drain the mac. Butter a casserole dish large enough to hold it. Put in a layer of mac, add a layer of cheese, layer of mac, layer of cheese, layer of mac, layer of cheese. beat an egg or two and add some milk, salt and pepper. pour this mixture over the mac and cheese. You should have enough liquid to come almost to the top. Bake at 350 until it's all bubbly and the cheese melted. That's the easiest I know. Oh, and you can't put too much cheese innit.

Cook the pasta.
Drain
Add milk (I like half and half)to cover pasta, butter, and cheese and stir.
Mix in one egg and and a 1/2 cup of sugar.
Teaspoon of cinnamon and a drop of vanilla extract.
Top with bread crumbs (mixed with parmesean cheese, if you have)
Bake at 375 until bubbles...about 20 minutes

Years ago my grandmother made macaroni and cheese this way:
In a buttered casserole dish, she put RAW elbow macaroni, cubes of cheddar cheese, pats of butter, salt and pepper and covered it all with milk. She baked it, stirred it a few times and voila! Macaroni and cheese. And it was good.
