I like to add butter, half and half, minced garlic, sour cream, salt, pepper.... and if I'm feeling cheesey... which I normally am! I add in some shredded cheddar and a couple ounces of cream cheese! YUM
Butter, sour cream, obviously potatoes, salt pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Well thats at least how I make mine.
