question about baking mini bundt cakes? PLEASE HELP?!
oh and in the middle of the bundt cakes im planning to stuff it with white chocolate chunks. like in the actual cake not in the whole of the pan if you know what i mean! lol.
sorry im just making this for valentines day, i want to make for my close family, and friends, little budnt cakes for each :D
but im surious--how much batter should i make, and what will happen to the chunks of white hocolate (theyll be in the middle of the cake meaning they will be baked with the cake)
oh and that reminds me, what temprature should i leave the oven at? the given time or shorter? after all the cakes are smaller so they will take a shorter time to bake?
thank you:)

Sounds like you'll need to do 2.5x your recipe, but it's hard to say for sure without knowing exactly how large the mini-bundt pan is. Also, white chocolate is basically Cocoa Butter and it will melt into the cake so you may want to bake the cakes first then after they are done just drop the chunks into the middle of the cakes. Food cooks from the outside in so every time you halve the diameter of an item you'll want to cut your cooking time by roughly 50% to start and use the toothpick test to fine tune the timing. It's also a good idea when you're going to a smaller cooking container to drop your temperature by about 25 degrees Fahrenheit, so if the cake pan recipe tells you to cook at 350, cook your bundts at 325. That way you'll have more control over the rate the food cooks at and are less likely to burn anything.
