help i messed up my bread?!

Question: Help i messed up my bread?
so i'm home sick and i decide to make some bread. i have this great recipe that's very easy that i decided to use. it makes around 3 loafs of bread so i decided to half the recipe. i half everything but then i totally forget the half the liquid, so i end up with a big wet mess.

the total recipe calls for 2 packages of yeast but i only had one. i equaled everything out so there is the proper amount of all the ingrediants in the recipe, except the yeast

so pretty much, i followed the recipe exactly, except i'm missing on package of yeast, will it turn out ok? is there something i should add?

sorry if this makes no sense i'm somewhat frantic

I would say you'd be fine. Just let the bread rise a while longer before you bake it, so that the yeast that it /does/ have can have enough time to activate properly.

Not to worry!!!
The only thing is it will take longer on each rise. But don't watch the clock, watch you dough so that when it is doubled you know its time to proceed to next step. Like I say less yeast is ok it will only take longer to rise. Professional bakers use very little yeast, but let their dough rise for long periods, unlike us who want to make bread and be done in a short time. Some formulas I use call for small amounts of yeast but rising periods up to 2 days!

Don't add a thing, just make sure it is kneaded well, to distribute the yeast you did put in. It will take longer to rise, but if you separate it into loaves and let them rise, it should be fine. Be patient.

if you cut down the ingredients proportionally, i think you'll be good.

needs moar yeast, otherwise the bread just wont be bread, itttle be gooey

Unfortunately you don't have any more yeast but I would say to add some flour and baking soda. Add about half a cup of flour and a teaspoon of baking soda. I think the only problem you may have with your bread is it won't rise as much as you would have liked but it will still be tasty. Add some extra salt too.
