Question concerning Impossible Pumpkin Pie recipe?!
This recipe makes it's own crust. It calls for 1/2 cup of Bisquick baking mix. I have all the ingredients except for the Bisquick. I have store brand Pancake and Waffle mix. Will it work as a substitute?

Sorry, it won't work as a substitute. The ingredients in the Pancake/Waffle mix and Bisquick are very different. (I think they have different leavening agents in them.) If you want your recipe to come out right, you will have to make a trip to the store.
(I am going to have to look up this recipe---I am intrigued by the notion that one can make a pie that makes its own crust.)
