Question: Does jamie oliver have a signature dish?
iv got a catering project and i have to research different chefs and what their signature dishes are,
what is jamie olivers and do you know any more chefs that have them?
this would help ALOT, thanks xx

Hi there,

I don't know about Jamie Oliver, but the link below gives many famous chef's and their signature dishes. You may have to read through it a little to get names such as Gordon Ramsay or Raymond Blanc, but you should easily find enough names to research further.

Jamie Oliver annoys me lately. I used to enjoy his show "The Naked Chef", but now he has a newer show "Jamie at Home" and, it seems, every show he makes a salmon dish. I'll bet his signature dish has salmon in it. I don't like salmon!!
