grilling isn't the only healthy way of fixing meats!! you can boil, broil, bake, pan fry, etc and it is all healthy.
season the chicken cuts with a blend of 1 teaspoon sage, 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, and one of white pepper. Put this blend in a salt shaker and sprinkle over any chicken you wish.
