how is vegetable juice made?!
how is vegetable juice made, as me 15 month old son dont eat them, so im trying to do somthing about it, by trying to give him vege juice instead, i have seen the recipes on the internet, but not sure about them, i need to know whether the vegs are realy blended as raw vegs to drink, or do i cook them and then blend, is it safe for kids to have raw vegs, so plz let me know, thnx

most people use juicers, but if you wanted to cook them first that i dont think would be a problem, boil them till they are really soft, then stick them in a blender then run them through a fine china cap (really fine strainer) and that should give you veggie juice. Coll then enjoy
