How to make pierogies?!
I'm part Polish and there are a lot of people in my family that are Polish, there is one member in my family that knows how to make pierogies, but she won't give me the recipe because its suppose to be a secret because the recipe was from my great grand mother
I am interested in becoming a chef that makes foreign food and I want to start off with Polish food.
I heard that Polish food is tricky to bake but I want the family to be impressed on my intelligence since they judge me on that most of the time.

simple pasta dough, stuff it with a combo of mashed potatoes and carmelized onions. you can either saute them in a pan with a little beer or full on boil and serve like ravioli
