is this icing safe to use?!
this can of icing has been in my fridge for about two weeks. i kept it well refrigerated except there was a power outage of about 12 or so hours.. i dont know if it got warm or not.

It should be fine. There are enough preservatives in pre-made icing to last a really long time. After all, we leave frosted cakes sitting out and don't worry about them.
More than likely it is still safe to eat where as it is basically just sugar. If you are still unsure tho, why chance it, getting sick over icing.
Ive left out my icing before like that.im pretty sure its still good. Especially if you kept the refridgerator closed, the cool air should have been kept insilated
