Breaded fish..........?!
Answers:
I think you could spray a baking pan with some nonstick spray and place the fish on there. Bake them at about 350 and I would actually turn them once while baking. They won't be the same as fried, but then you don't WANT them to be the same as fried! I don't know the size or whether they will be frozen, etc. so I can't suggest a time to leave them in the oven, but your eyes and nose will know! Enjoy!
Great answer from Dawn, but i would add that if you want a crispy outside, spray a little olive oil nonstick pan spray directly onto the fillet before baking it, and preheat a metal cookie sheet and bake it on that. that will help the outside to be crispy, but it still wont be the same as fried. just be sure to spray it lightly with the oil or it will be greasy instead of crisp with a nice crust. :)

I prefer to grill as it is easier for me.
I lightly salt them and place them on a greased piece of tinfoil in a baking tray and grill for about 3 minutes on the first side and a couple of minutes when I turn I preheat the oven grill.to medium high..
I have the tray high enough for the fish to be about 3" from the hot upper element.
you could bake it but it wont come out crispy like when its deep fried. i suggest you bake it at hih temperature unless they are thick. that way they wont come out as lumpy.
