Help finding a replacement cord for my deep fryer....?!

I have a brand new Oster cool zone deep fryer. I have only used it a handful of times. My problem is my cord was damaged. I decided to order a new cord instead of buying a new deep fryer as it is brand new. Well, I went and contacted the Oster/Jarden company and they told me the cord was unavailable and gave me a link to "service centers", and told me to click on my state. Did that, none in my state... so I search other states to see if I can get it shipped. Of all the ones I was able to contact, none had the part. I have searched the internet over so many times. I cannot find one at all. Can anyone help? I am just at a loss as what to do next.
