What can I put on my wrap to make it good? Can't have vegetables?!

Question: What can I put on my wrap to make it good? Can't have vegetables?
Want a wrap for dinner, cooking chicken right now. I was going to put tomato on it....then what else... (tomato I can have, just no vegetables, had intestinal surgery last month)

Ideas please! I can't think of anything

Answers:

How about some mushrooms, or slices of pineapple for hawaii style wrap, believe it or not pineapple mayo and chicken make great wraps or sandwiches

Great question. Veggies are the first thing that come to mind so it's a bit challenging but not impossible ! Hummus is nice, mustard, mayo, honey, don't know if you can have tzaziki sauce since it does have some cucumber. If you've had intestinal surgery I would try to stick to a bland diet. You want to pamper that area for a bit and not have it have to work too hard.

Bacon, ranch dressing, avocado (if that's ok), salsa verde, fried tortilla strips or fritos, cashews, olives

cheese, ranch or blue cheese, bell pepper maybe and onion maybe or is that considered a veggie ,

Ranch dressing or mustard is always good. You could add crutons too if you want.

What about some cheese, herbs and maybe some roasted garlic.

you could always go with the old mainstay and

eat mo possum
