Oh yeah it's super simple here's a good basic recipe
EASY OLD-FASHION BREAD PUDDING
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 block butter
8 slices bread
Cinnamon
1 c. raisins & crushed pineapple (opt.)
Blend the eggs with the sugar, add 1 quart of milk and vanilla; stir well. Break the bread into small pieces and add to mixture. Soak. Pour into a baking dish and cover with 1 block of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
Yes it is very easy. ANYONE can make it with the littlest ingredients. and Its soooo yummy.
This is the recipe i use but you can add stuff and make it fun. this is very basic. Also you can add toppings,sauces and creams depending on your likes.
3/4 cup. milk
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter(100g)
10(or less) slices bread ( dipped in milk and shreaded to pieces. not tooo small though)
some fruits like strawverry
Mix the eggs,sugar,milk,cinnamon,butter and add the bread and leave it to soak. then put it in a pan and bake for around 45 mts in a 350 degree oven.
