Question: Best by on Mascarpone Cheese?

I have some Mascarpone Cheese that is "best by" tonight, can I still eat it tomorrow?

You should be able to eat it tomorrow as long as it was refrigerated properly. Obviously, if there are any molds or if it smells funny, you should not eat it.
