boil potatoes ( i am a simple fellow you know;) further applause.. lol ), fry them in butter (lots) and salt (enough) and add fresh herbs (lots) like parsley, dill and green onion (makes a difference) at the end. wait, not end yet... offer them to God first in your heart!!! if not an essential ingredient will be missing.
