How long does enchilada casserole last?!
This guy said he would save me a piece of enchilada casserole--how long will it stay fresh?
I want to see this guy this weekend & he said he would save me a piece of his enchilada casserole. How long will it stay fresh as I hope I see him this weekend? I hope this means he wants to see me to give it to me soon! He just made it tonight! Thx!

After 3 days whatever is left of the Casserole, put in in a freezer container or freezer bags and freeze
it.when i freeze food,i like to divide it into portions,so that when i get ready for it,i can take out the
amount i need to use with my meal.hope this idea helps.
I would only allow 3-5 days sealed in a container in the coldest part of the fridge.
The rule I was raised on for leftovers involving meat and dairy is 3 days.
