Frozen Fish In The Freezer 10 Points Asap?!
Answers:
It should be fine, just check for freezer burn (ice will have formed on it if this is the case).
personal experience
You will be able to tell if it is freezer burnt because the outside will look a little dry in spots. The longer fish is kept in the freezer the more likely it is to go bad. Fats do not really freeze like most people think they do, ergo they go bad even in the freezer.
To avoid this as much as possible in fish, cut out the bloodline - or fat strip on the side, then freeze the fish - pull out of freezer cover with water (in container) and refreeze. No air on the fish will make it last longer. The fish should still be good - next time use this tip to ensure your fish stays fresher
Grandmother taught me.
There's a difference between storing food in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator and in a separate deep freezer. If a refrigerator freezing compartment can't maintain zero degrees or if the door is opened frequently, use it for short-term food storage. Eat those foods as soon as possible for best quality. Use a free-standing freezer set at 0 °F or below for long-term storage of frozen foods. In the separate freezer it will keep indefinitely, although the quality will diminish over time. When the fish is thawed, make sure the odor is not off.

Taste and texture may not be the greatest after 6 months to a year, but it's still safe to eat.
If no freezer burn and has been frozen the entire time, then it's perfectly fine. Cook er up and have at it. BAM! TEN POINTS right here!!
It's perfectly fine, unless it's freezer-burned.
As long as it has been frozen and does not have any freezer burn on it...it will be fine...Enjoy!
its safe as long as it doesnt have any freezer burn
