Question: I found an orange fudge recipe that I want to use. The problem is it doesn't give ingredient amounts?

Can anyone help me out and help me figure out the amount of everything I need or is it a standard amount of everything for any kind of fudge you make?

if you scroll down the page, in a area called "Resources" it says 'orange fudge recipe"
I clicked on that and got this,

which looks like the actual recipe, with amounts.
Weird that it wasn't with the instructions. Must have been a foul up.
