Hi,

Try this one...

Ingredients
Apple Crumble Filling:
?1 tin pie apples or 5-6 large fresh apples (cored and sliced - peel if desired)
?2 tablespoons raisins
?2 tablespoons brown sugar
?1 teaspoon cinnamon
Apple Crumble Topping:
?1 cup self-raising flour
?1 cup raw oats
?? cup brown sugar
?? cup unsalted butter (melted on stovetop)
Recipe Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a medium sized bowl, mix together the sliced apples, raisins, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well. If the type of fresh apples used are tart (e.g. Granny Smiths), add a little extra sugar. In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, flour, the rest of the sugar and the melted butter. The mixture should be moist but not too soft. Ensure that the dry ingredients bind together.
