replacement for cream cheese when making truffles ?!
soo im gonna make some truffflees with my friend today , causee were cool like that , haha , and we dont have cream cheese . she says shes made them with butter . does that work ?

mascarpone
bakers cheese
Do NOT use butter. Yuck.
