Can I cook flour tortillas using cooking spray oil?!

You don't have to cook them in oil..usually that is for corn tortillas...Just put a few between 2 damp paper towels and microwave for about 25 seconds..depends on how many you do at one time...

Yes. That will stil give it that little kick of the oil fried ones, but less oil etc. If you micro. them, they will be very hot and have to be sued asap, due to getting hard. You could also place them in the toaster on low and toast.
