Mozzarella sticks with sauce inside?!
Is there a way to make mozzarella sticks with the marinara sauce inside of them?

It's a bad idea only because the marinara has to be hot too and, once cooked, the heat retention will scald the mouths of anyone eating it. If you'd like to do something different, provide a variety of dipping sauces. Shoot, while your at it, make sticks of different cheeses.
Not with the traditional batter they're dipped in before cooking. The marinara sauce would just mix with the batter.
