Question: Yummy chicken breast recipes:)?
I have boneless skinless chicken breast pieces and i want to find a simple yet delicious recipe. & i would like to bake the chicken, nothing else!
Here are some random ingridients i have-
Butter
Garlic
Garlic salt
olive oil
pepper & salt
Ginger
vinegar
chicken seasoning
flour
no bread crumbs unfortunately :/
i have bbq sauce
worcestershire sauce
lemon
& a few other things.

This is a really simple recipe for lemon baked chicken.. i noticed you had a lemon! enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

INSTRUCTIONS
In a shallow dish, combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Place bread crumbs in another dish. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with crumbs.

Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear.

well, my mom and i made something out of chicken legs and we have the same ingrediants as you...
well, take the breasts and wash them in warm water, then put a little pepper and salt and IF you have plain yogurt, add 3 spoons. and add a some lemon juice. use red chilli and a little garlic salt and mix all ingrediants together. then leave the chicken out for 30 mins and then bake them, WE JUST MADE THIS AND IT TASTES DELICIOUSSSS, but we used legs lol.



Marinate for 30 minutes in the Ginger, lemon, salt, pepper, garlic and brown sugar if you have it and soy sauce if you have that.

After 30 minutes saute in a non-stick skillet with the butter.



I made chicken breast for lunch today and this is the recipe I used.

I didn't use dry milk or buttermilk but it still turned out good. (:
