What to put in savoy cabbage rolls?!

Question: What to put in savoy cabbage rolls?

So I've got a savoy cabbage and want to make rolls. I did them once and filled them with rice and courgette and even though it was good, it wasn't really the best - I've got guests for dinner tomorrow and want to make something tasty and, very importantly, vegetarian.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Curried veg. Or soya mince.

bean sprouts shredded onion and carrot and some fennel will really flavour it up
